There's a new app every week promising to change everything. It's hard to tell what's real and what actually fits a business your size.
You and your people are busy running the business. Nobody has spare hours for tutorials and trial and error.
Which tasks can a tool handle? What should never get typed into one? Without a plan, people either avoid it or wing it.
How I help
A short video call about how your business runs and where time gets lost. Afterward you get a 1-page summary with the one or two best places to start. It's yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
Book your free callA 2-hour working session for owners and staff, built around the work your team really does: email, documents, scheduling, customer questions and reports. Everyone leaves with prompts, habits and simple ground rules they can use the next morning.
Tools keep changing, and your team will have new questions. Follow-up options like refreshers and check-ins are on the way. If you'd like to be first in line, mention it on your call.

About
By day, I'm a Principal Services Solutions Manager at an enterprise SaaS company, where I help organizations adopt AI and get their people using it well. Before that, I worked at Goldman Sachs and KeyBank.
I started Cache Intelligence Consulting because the businesses around me deserve the same practical help big companies get, from someone who lives here and explains things in plain English. I keep my client list small on purpose, so you work with me directly.
I'm a USU grad, I'm fluent in Spanish, and I live in Mendon.
Local first
I work with local teams of about 3 to 100 people, in any industry: shops, offices, contractors, service companies and more. If your team spends hours on email, paperwork and scheduling, we should talk.
FAQ
We spend 30 minutes on a video call. I'll ask how your business runs, who's on your team and which tasks eat the most time. Afterward you get a 1-page summary with what to try first. There's no cost and no pressure. I only take a few of these calls each month, so I can give each one real attention.

Not at all. If you can write an email, you can do this. I skip the jargon and teach with everyday tasks from your own business.
No. Training uses everyday examples, not your passwords, customer records or private files. Part of every session is learning what should never go into these tools.
It depends on the size of your team. You'll get a flat, written price before anything is booked, with no surprise fees.
The free call is on video, so it fits around your day. Training can happen at your place of business here in the valley or online, whichever works better for your team.
Pick a time that works for you. We'll talk through your business, and you'll leave with a 1-page summary of your next steps. No cost, no pressure.
